Temptation Tours’ Refund Policy


To cancel any tour purchased online and receive an authorized cancellation number, call 1-800-817-1234, between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, (Hawaii Standard Time), in order to be eligible for a refund. 

72-hour cancellation policy applies to most tours - some are non-refundable once booked. Please ask your reservationist when booking your tours. All prices are subject to change.

We encourage you to contact us directly by phone; it's more direct, it's interactive, and it's more personal. Also, it gives us a chance to get a first-hand idea of your likes, dislikes, and preferences. We offer a toll-free phone number for your convenience.

No refund for "no shows".
